Tom and Cathy have had a fond association with Green Valley since 1972 when Tom began visiting his parents during the holidays.  They have been living in Green Valley since 1999 and escape the hot summers by going home to Michigan for several months.

Tom has over 25 years of human resources, recruiting and high-tech customer service experience with companies such as Intel, Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana.  Tom also earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.  Finally, Tom served his country as a Company Commander in the US Army from 1966 - 1970.  Tom has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2001 and is also licensed in Michigan.

A native of Pocatello, Idaho, April graduated from St. Mary's College of California in Moraga with a Bachelor of Arts in Management.  She has 15 years of human resource and recruiting experience with firms such as Sony Electronics, RF Micro Devices and Robert Half International.  Previous experience includes 5 years in the travel and tourism industry as a consultant.  In 2009, April purchased a home in Sahuarita Arizona and obtained her real estate license in the spring of 2010.  She joined Williams & Lang in April, 2010.
